The Role: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Head Chef to manage all aspects of our kitchen, drive menu development, and lead a high-performing team. This is a full-time position ideal for a chef who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Create and manage seasonal menus aligned with company brand Lead and develop the kitchen team with a positive and proactive approach Manage stock control, food costs, and ordering Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar environment Exceptional leadership and communication skills Strong knowledge of cost control and kitchen operations Creativity with a passion for fresh, local produce Ability to manage high volumes while maintaining quality A hands-on leader with a calm and motivated attitude To apply online, please click on the apply button.
